The Purple Pepper was born during the pandemic when life was turned up side down and given a shake. Finding my job no longer available I took a huge leap of faith and started my own business. So lockdown was spent developing menu's, tasting lots and lots and lots of recipes and planning The Purple Pepper (alongside home schooling)
